When registering for the Conference, you will be asked to consider and agree to the following terms and conditions:
The registration fees will not be refunded, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
If the Meeting converts to a hybrid format, and participants want to attend or present online, the registration fees will not change
The organizers of the 5th ICBRAR 2024 may cancel or postpone the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, terror attack, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Meeting.
In such an event the Conference organizers will declare revised terms and conditions, depending on the circumstances.
The maximum liability of the 5th ICBRAR 2024 organizers will be limited to a refund (partly/fully) of the Conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.
By registering, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the Conference your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means by a person authorized by the Conference organizer, published at the discretion of the Organizers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the organizers in advance by email.
Accommodations being recommended on the website are basis rates, proximity to the venue and travel convenience.
Attendees are to communicate directly with the hotels for their stay.
