Participation in the conference is open to all scientists, faculty members, research
scholars, and students who are working in any discipline of life sciences.
The abstract for the oral presentation should contain a maximum of 300 words,
excluding the title, authors, and address. Abstracts should be prepared in MS
Word, Times New Roman, 12 Font size, and single spacing leaving a 1″ margin on
the left and right side of the page.
The presenting author’s name should be bold and underlined.
The theme to which the abstract belongs must be clearly indicated at the top of the
abstract page and also in the registration form.
The email ID and contact number of the corresponding author must be clearly
given in the abstract.
The abstract should be submitted on or before 30th September 2024, in electronic
form only as an email attachment, in word format at [email protected].
Abstracts will be printed only after receiving the registration fee. The acceptance
will be communicated to the presenting and corresponding authors via email.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Participants are expected to be present for the entire duration of the poster session using video mode of presentation
Each participant will be allotted a maximum of 07 (seven) minutes to present the poster, followed by 2-3 mins for Q&A session. No extra time will be allotted.
Title of the Poster & Author Information
Title of the poster should be SAME as that of the submitted abstract written in 26-30 font size, BOLD (Times New Roman).
DO NOT mention the name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation(s) on the poster. Mentioning the same may lead to disqualification of the participant.
One author can present only one poster under a particular theme
The presenting author should register for the conference and should be present for the presentation session.
Poster size and format
Poster dimension should be 1m x 1m. Contents of the poster and letters must be readable from a distance of 3 feet
Text and presentation should be in ENGLISH only
Make sure there is enough contrast between the colour of the text and the poster’s background
Content of the Poster
Any Original Research work related to the conference theme can be presented.
Poster content should be divided into the following sections: Title, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and References.
Avoid the use of full sentences, rather use short text in bullet point format.
Figures and diagrams must be simple and self-explanatory.
Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in the poster.
Poster should have a Footer mentioning the following: “Presented at 5th ICBRAR 2024” (Font size 20, Times New Roman)
