Participation in the conference is open to all scientists, faculty members, research
scholars, and students who are working in any discipline of life sciences.
The abstract for the oral presentation should contain a maximum of 300 words,
excluding the title, authors, and address. Abstracts should be prepared in MS
Word, Times New Roman, 12 Font size, and single spacing leaving a 1″ margin on
the left and right side of the page.
The presenting author’s name should be bold and underlined.
The theme to which the abstract belongs must be clearly indicated at the top of the
abstract page and also in the registration form.
The email ID and contact number of the corresponding author must be clearly
given in the abstract.
The abstract should be submitted on or before 30th September 2024, in electronic
form only as an email attachment, in word format at [email protected].
Abstracts will be printed only after receiving the registration fee. The acceptance
will be communicated to the presenting and corresponding authors via email.

1. OFFLINE/IN-PERSON ORAL PRESENTATION

Presenters should arrive at the conference venue at least 30 mins before the start ofthe session and ensure that the presentation is uploaded in the computer.
Each participant will be allotted 10 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 mins for questions. No extra time will be allotted.
Presenters are expected to stay for the entire session to engage with other speakers and attendees.
Presentation Slides
Presentations should ideally be made in MS PowerPoint.
Do not reveal the corresponding author and affiliation in the presentation
Presenters MUST USE the computer provided at the conference center for presentation. They will NOT be allowed to present from their personal computer.
Presenters should NOT rely on internet access during the presentation. We strongly recommend to keep your presentation file ready and NOT USE Google Slides or rely on any online materials, media, web pages, live demos, etc. for the presentation
